I am currently a Information Manager (ART) for the 80th Aerial Port Squadron at Dobbins ARB located in Atlanta, Georgia. I am responsible for the squadrons IT resource and information management activities. I also provide technical administrative support for the management, preparation, and monitoring of military personnel matters to include promotions, training, awards and decorations, officer performance reports (OPRs), enlisted performance reports (EPRs), waivers, orders, etc.

I manage all the information processes and executive services for the 80th Aerial Port Squadrons 200-person staff with a $190K budget, supporting nine work centers and 15 programs. As lead systems administrator, provides immediate end-user support and serves as the primary interface between users and the base network help desk. Plans and organizes all unit work group administration activities. As documentation manager, maintains e-publications library, e-filing system. Responsible for the acquisition, security and upgrade of hardware and software. Conducts hardware and software setup, installation, troubleshooting and maintains over 50 computer systems and e-mail accounts. Performs bulk-loading, updates and recovery of database files for resident application programs. Develops, creates and enforces administrative and personnel policies & procedures.
