SSgt Matt Cremeans received a COA for painting a mural supporting the `Read to your Child`program. The program allows deployed troops to record themselves reading books so their loved ones can watch the video and keep in touch.
(Hopefully, no one will tape themselves reading from the magazine stacks.)

This is SSgt Cremeans and whoever placed this pic and wasted their time in trying to make a joke out of it should get a life. First off were you in Iraq and away from family and friends for months at a time? The program is to let your kids see you and feel more at ease seeing something that they can relate to other than knowing that they are in a far away place and that if things go wrong that you might not make it back home to see them. So please grow up and think about what family means, and why that this was important not only to me but to fellow service men and women that have to be away from their families!
