For anyone assigned or deployed (TDY) to Det 2, 1989 Comm Group at Menorca, Spain.

Menorca was one of Radio Relay sites interconnected throughout Europe to provide reliable electronic communications for the US Armed Forces.

Neighboring communications sites were: Soller, Spain, and Mt Limbara, Italy.
