Account Updates - Security Questions

Added Security Questions to the Account Manager.

Security Questions allow you to request your account information even if your e-mail has changed.

1. Save Security Questions and Answers in your Account

2. If you forget your log-in information go to http://www.commtroop.net/request.asp

3. Select a method to have your log-in information e-mailed to you.

> Method 1: Enter and submit your known e-mail address for the account.

> Method 2 : Select the Security Questions and Answers you saved (or will save) in your account and enter the e-mail you wish to have the account information mailed to. This is the best method if you've PCS'ed and you know your old e-mail was used for your account registration.

YGTBSM Department: The website does not know your Mother's maiden name, or the name of your first pet, unless you previously entered it and saved it in your account.

> Method 3: Request your account information with your full name, e-mail address, and any other information that will help ensure we can find your account information.
